This video looks like it could be anyone working in their own home. One little mistake and there are severe consequences. While I don’t know what happened, I believe this guy is fine by the way he reacted. On a different day it could have turned out worse.
With a little more knowledge and care he would have not had an issue. Taking the proper electrical course and gaining the knowledge is easy with the Practical Electricity for Non-Electricians.
